Are there any rules regarding celebrations during our stay?
At The Dinney we try to have a relaxed environment. However, it is very important that any celebrations do not disrupt the stay of guests in any of our other Rooms or Cottages. What do we do if we have problems during our stay?
The owner/manager lives on site so most minor problems can be resolved quickly
Cancellation – what happens if we need to cancel our holiday?
We recommend all our guests take out their own travel insurance. Please see our Terms & Conditions before booking
Do you have high chairs and cots available?
Travel cots, high chairs and stair gates are available free of charge. Please request when booking. Please bring your own bedding for the cot
Do you have linen available?
Yes, we supply all bed linen and towels. However, if you need towels for use away from The Dinney for swimming etc. you will need to supply those yourself
